Ashtanga Redefined.....

Ashtanga Viniyasa an eight folded system derived from the book yoga krounta. Generally most of us do ashtanga just as gymnast or an advance acrobat aerobic practitioner. Ashtanga focus on three things Breath, Flow and Alingment of conciousness with asana. Most of the people are doing ashtanga for last 5 years but still they are just jumping jacks like few I have seen in Hungary including few instructors, they miss the soul of yoga that is perfection of conciousness and broading the chakras holes.......

Ashtanga redefined is an attempt to alive the spirit of ashtanga without compromising with soul of Yoga, especially hatha yoga. It is a journey to move from form to formless. Ashtanga redifined emphasis the postures should have a diamond like precision and a smooth flow of river with streamline conciousness.....





Each asana is meant for the activation of a particular quality of a specific chakra, so how we can compromise with the Chakras and Kundalini which are inherent goal to be achieved through Hatha yoga.......
