2nd series

“Release Your Brakes”

We begin with 2nd series of Ashtanga Viniyasa, called as Nadi Shoodhan“Purification of Nerves”. Since many years of conditioning, we keep our psychological brakes on, that keeps us afraid to go out from our comfort zone, in terms of physical and psychological health. We are holding the negative and inferior thoughts about ourselves. We underestimate the vast power and energy hidden within us.These brakes have always affected you in terms of health, happiness, attitude, thoughts, success, confidence etc. Don’t be dumb like a baby elephant and stop creating the same experiences over and over again. The temperature will surely rise through Ashtanga intermediate series along with a tantric philosophy of Bindusar yoga to develop a new yogic life approach that will bombard your fear, phobias, limitations, complexes and stiffness.
